What is Wannago?
Wannago is a community platform for travelers interested in group tours and adventure travel. We help you discover trips, read real traveler experiences, ask questions, and connect with others planning similar adventures.
How do I create an account?
Click the "Sign Up" button in the top navigation bar. You can sign up with your email address or through a social login provider. Once registered, you'll be able to ask questions, post reviews, follow trips, and participate in the community.
Is Wannago free to use?
Yes! Creating an account and using all community features on Wannago is completely free. We are a community platform designed to help travelers make informed decisions.
Using Wannago
How do I ask a question?
To ask a question:
- Navigate to a destination or trip page
- Click the "Ask a question" button
- Write your question with a clear, descriptive title
- Add relevant details and context
- Select appropriate tags (optional)
- Submit your question
Community members and travelers who've been to that destination or on that trip will be able to answer.
How do I find trips?
You can discover trips by:
- Browsing destinations: Explore destinations and see all trips available there
- Using search: Search for specific destinations, trip names, or tour operators
- Filtering: Use filters to narrow by duration, price, difficulty, or travel style
- Following: Follow destinations or tour operators to see their trips in your feed
How do I follow trips and destinations?
On any trip or destination page, click the "Follow" button. You'll see updates about followed items in your personal feed and sidebar. You can manage your followed items from your profile settings.
What does "Going" or "Interested" mean?
These status indicators help you track trips you're considering:
- Interested: You're considering this trip and want to learn more
- Going: You've booked or are seriously planning to go on this trip
These statuses are visible to other community members and help connect you with travelers on the same departures.
How do I write an experience review?
After completing a trip, you can share your experience:
- Go to the trip page
- Click "Share Your Experience"
- Fill out the review form with your honest feedback
- Add photos (optional but encouraged)
- Rate different aspects of the trip
- Publish your review
Your review helps other travelers make informed decisions and contributes to our community knowledge base.
Bookings and Tour Operators
Can I book trips through Wannago?
No, Wannago is not a booking platform. We provide information and community features to help you research and discover trips, but all bookings must be made directly with tour operators through their official websites or booking channels.
How do I contact a tour operator?
Visit the tour operator's page on Wannago, where you'll find links to their official website and contact information. For booking inquiries, pricing, and availability, reach out to them directly.
Are the prices shown on Wannago accurate?
Trip prices on Wannago are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect current pricing, promotions, or seasonal variations. Always check directly with the tour operator for the most accurate and up-to-date pricing.
Account and Privacy
How do I update my profile?
Click on your profile picture in the top navigation, then select "Settings". From there, you can update your:
- Display name and username
- Profile picture
- Email address
- Password
- Notification preferences
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, please contact us at support@wannago.world with your request. We'll process your deletion within 30 days. Please note that some content may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Who can see my activity?
Your profile and public activity (questions, answers, reviews, comments) are visible to all Wannago users and visitors. Your trip status ("Going" or "Interested") may be visible to other community members. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
How do I control notifications?
Go to Settings → Notifications to manage:
- Email notifications
- Activity alerts (replies, comments, mentions)
- Trip updates for followed destinations
- Promotional communications

What content is allowed on Wannago?
We welcome content that:
- Relates to travel, destinations, and trips
- Is honest and based on genuine experiences
- Is respectful and helpful to other travelers
- Follows our Terms of Use
What content is prohibited?
We do not allow:
- Spam or commercial promotions
- Fake reviews or fraudulent content
- Harassment, hate speech, or offensive content
- Personal attacks or discriminatory language
- Sharing of personal contact information
- Copyright infringement
How do I report inappropriate content?
If you see content that violates our community guidelines:
- Click the "⋯" menu on the post or comment
- Select "Report"
- Choose the reason for reporting
- Submit the report
Our moderation team will review your report and take appropriate action.
Technical Issues
The website isn't loading properly
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Refresh the page (Cmd/Ctrl + R)
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser
- Check your internet connection
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
I can't log in to my account
If you're having trouble logging in:
- Check that you're using the correct email address
- Try resetting your password using "Forgot Password"
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser

- Use supported formats (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP)
