6.1 Independent Relationship

Tour operators featured on Wannago are independent third parties. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for their services, quality, safety, or pricing. Any relationship you establish with a tour operator is directly between you and them.

6.2 External Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of external sites. You access them at your own risk.

6.3 Bookings and Transactions

All bookings, payments, and transactions must be made directly with tour operators through their official channels. Wannago is not involved in the booking process and is not responsible for any disputes, cancellations, or issues arising from your arrangements with tour operators.

7. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews and experience reports on Wannago represent the personal opinions and experiences of individual users. They are:

  • Subjective assessments based on personal experiences
  • Not verified or endorsed by Wannago
  • Not representative of all experiences with a tour or operator
  • Subject to removal if they violate our content guidelines

We encourage honest reviews but expect them to be respectful and constructive. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences and not be influenced by incentives or conflicts of interest.
